Once upon a time there was a library full of fairy tale magic. First graders at Parish are diving into a study of these ageless stories, and we're loving them in the library, too! We're reading some traditional fairy tales, fractured tales, and different versions of familiar tales. I love reading these stories over and over, again. The excitement, nervous thrill, and awe that they create is on the face of every child.Overheard from kindergarten student..."I keep looking at that word, 'fum.' Cool word...I like it!"
