Wow! Over 30 second grade guys met for the first Parish Guys Book Club lunch in the library. Alvin Ho Allergic to Girls, School, and Other Scary Things inspired some fantastic conversation! The guys made their own list of things that they were "allergic to." They talked about possible superhero names. The guys made so many connections with Alvin, and it seems that everyone is sure that they want to read the new book in the series, Alvin Ho:Allergic to Camping, Hiking, and Other Natural Disasters.
